Super car McLaren X-1 Concept wich exhibited at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance 2012, existing owner. A collector whose identity concealed, purchased the concept car.
Car manufacturer based in the England say, McLaren X-1 Concept inspired by classic cars such as the SM Citroen, Vega Facel or Mercedes-Benz 540K, but the design was also derived from the Guggenheim Museum or a liberal form of a piano.
McLaren did not announce who the collectors, or how much money has to be paid for taking home this supercar. To be sure, the rich guy became the sole owner of the McLaren X-1 Concept was created because only one unit.
McLaren X-1 Concept uses the same platform with the McLaren MP4-12C, also with the same machine. Body X-1 is made from carbon fiber by using some special elements for this car, like the velg or the lamp. Another unique feature for a modern car is rear wheel that is covered by the panel. No other details about the engine or perform X-1 Concept, but predicted would not be much different with the MP4-12C.
